Michele Pernetti

Michele Pernetti is a Lethality Engineer at MBDA Italia Spa. He began his career with MBDA Italia Spa as a trainee, where he focused on the design optimization of an EFP device using genetic algorithms and AI techniques. Currently, Michele is engaged in product design, product performance assessment, and target vulnerability model generation.
With a keen interest in the integration of AI in the design process, Michele explores innovative solutions by implementing optimization processes and Response Surface Methodologies through modeFRONTIER software. His work aims to automate processes and systematically explore solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Michele is in the final stage of completing his MSc in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Naples Federico II, building upon his Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Michele is passionate about the application of AI in engineering and continuously seeks opportunities to implement cutting-edge technology in his work.
